Agreed. The people I dislike/find annoying I just ignore. I find that to be the most effective way of dealing with them. I do this too, but if I ignore many people on here, it's mostly because I don't know them and I'm too damn lazy to get to know any new people here. 
This goes for everyone who is "new" to me, and by that I mean people who joined 2-3 years ago up to recently. I just never bothered to get to know the new influx of people are here. I mostly talk to orgers that I met when I first came here (if they are still here that is). So I lurk mostly these days.
