What is a good phone to get with gps, 3g speed, email?

I have a curve by t-mobile...kinda slow and no gps. The price has to be good too. I only pay for the data plan no minutes. I would like a fast Internet...and there have been many times where I got lost in some neighborhood so gps would be great.
