Even if a cosmetic surgeon has done 1000s of breast reductions or other procedures, if he doesn't have enough experience dealing with black skin, a sista can be seriously fucked up.  Also, because some nerves are severed many women lose sensation in their breasts after a reduction. For me it's not that big a deal, cuz I don't have any adverse symptoms from mine but I often have to go up in dress size to accommadate the boobage but then shit is big everywhere else. Minor problem in comparison to others' and not worth surgery.  | |
