Living in a basement suite is definitely not helping me right now. I hated my old apartment, but at least I was up on then third floor and got real sunshine right in my bedroom window....

that old feeling of ugh!! keeps trying to creep up om me..
and one day a week or so ago a horoscope of mine admonished me (a pisces) to
go outside and stand in the sun, so that boredom and depression won't be able to keep me down..i was in my 'workshop' and decided to see..i walked down to the end of the drive past the trees and shadows, and propped my arms on the fence.
i stood there like 20 minutes with my eyes closed,listening to the highway traffic,feeling the breeze in my hair, and the sun on my face... sun

i saw the story on the move and how excited you seemed to be..but it's a fact(?) that less sunlight in winter can add to feeling depressive..and better place or not, you're in the basement...REACH for the sun

it won't solve everything, but..... hug

for the rest.. wink
