I don't know, it does nothing for me (yet) shrug. The only reason I have it is because some friends are there.

2 months ago I would have said the same, I had my account deactivated for a year and then after my school reunion I started coming again. With Facebook there is always something going on, usually just Herman, but Myspace I can log in everyday and nothing has changed in weeks neutral

I guess I am kinda happy I don't get it giggle. It seems to require a lot of time to be active there. I already spend more than enough time on the org, myspace and talking with friends on the internet wink.

It's OK. I'm just the opposite: I love Facebook, but I absolutely loathe MySpace. I can't even visit a page there; it's too much like websites from the mid-'90s with blinking words and crazy backgrounds. barf

I like myspace a lot biggrin. It's just a matter of taste I guess.

Or what you're used to; Facebook is in so many ways superior; it's SOTT compared to MySpace NPS.

eek To me it's the other way round biggrin. I listened to NPS once or twice and never felt the need again to give it another try. If facebook would not send emails notifications about friends I would never go there ever again.

I just joined it on Sunday. It seems alright. The setup of it is much more appealing than myspace is. I need to give it more time to see if it's worth a damn lol

I absolutely LOATHE Facebook!

I've had a Facebook account almost as long as I've had a MySpace. I don't get the appeal... it is annoying... can't shit with out it going on a wall... every time I log in I got a dozen hugs, bites and scratches waiting for me... Ughhhh... I can't stand Face book. Did I say that already?

I think the biggest differences to me are:
- on Myspace you can express yourself better both visualiy and audibly where as Facebook's format is geared more towards comformity. For various reasons... a lot of people prefer Facebook because of this difference... but just as many (if not more) dislike it for the same reason.
- Facebook has always been application driven and it darn near forces you to interact with your friends. So it seams like things are always going on. On Myspace.... if you don't interact on your own... chances are, you could sit there for weeks and nothing happen. Myspace has applications now as well... but they still aren't as intrusive as Facebook's.

In all... I prefer Myspace's navigation and user inter phase much more than Facebook's. I personally always find things to do on myspace... whereas I find myself running from people trying to send me puppies on Facebook.

I;ve got to agree with this guy. The fascination with applications is annoying. I feel like it's all "tea party", pretend-for-fun obnoxiousness-inducing garbage. I'm not trying to play with Barbies and I'm not trying to play sleepover. But, for some reason, I find myself going back to Facebook when there's shit else to do. And I dropped my MySpace Page, two years ago. Sometimes, I regret it. But then I remember how lonely the page was. Yeah. Perhaps I'm just insatiable or I'm just not naturally charismatic like I BELIEVE I should be.
