What type of pasta noodles do you like in your spaghetti: wheat or regular? How about the type of sauce? Do you like marinara (without meat), meat. or another variation? Do you like your spaghetti with meatballs, sausage, or just plain?

I generally like my noodles to be the regular, although I tried the wheat noodles tonight for the first time. It was good, better than I expected it to be. I prefer sauce with meat in it, with meatballs.

I like to use regular noodles with veggie meat in place of ground beef. I like to use vodka sauce or three cheese sauce. I'll either buy them from the grocery store or make them myself, though it takes all day...in the end, it's soooo worth it. I also like to mix in a little salsa My mom taught me that little trick. It's pretty tasty.

I like regular spaghetti with meat sauce,topped with cheese.Add a nice big thick piece of garlic bread and a green salad with that,and I'm good. Since I'm vegetarian now,I just eat my spaghetti plain,w/out meat.

i like thin spaghetti because it cooks faster and i have no patience for pasta.

i don't like meat in my sauce (even if its fake, i just don't like the texture of meat in spaghetti ), though i do like to chop up lots of veggies and make a nice, thick, chunky red sauce.

I like thick spaghetti noodles! Made with my own homemade sauce, and I use ground turkey, never beef.

I like Spaghetti Rigatti or thin spaghetti better than regular or Fettachine. I also like Marinara or Tomato with Basil sauce. Meatballs and sausage on the side with a salad is good.

I like both regular,and wheat noodles. I usually just get the Rago sauce,ground beef,and mushrooms. I like it with garlic bread.

I like mine with any kind of sauce--I love meatballs, too. And sometimes, I just have a craving for the noodles and nothing else. I put a little olive oil and salt and it's a MEAL!

my recipe for spaghetti involves taking chocolate bars and breaking them up into bits, then pouring slightly warmed peanut butter over the bits. yay spaghetti!

I'm back in love with spaghetti now I go with a thinner kind that only takes 5 mins to cook and is just yumm. As long as I've got evoo, garlic and fresh vegetables and nice parmesan or mozzarella, I'm good. It's so versatile, you can use pretty much any protein and add some fresh basil and it's a meal.

Anyone have a fail proof mince sauce because mine just never quite works.

I made roasted veggies and tofu last night and then covered them with Spaghetti sauce

since I was too cheap to buy noodles, I ate it with brown rice though

Oh, and I love Udon noodles and soba noodles, which are super quick and as long as you've got a good stock, they're delicious!
