How many of Ya'll's still getting the BIG O...OVERTIME?

With the economy in the crapper, how many still work overtime?

I have to go in tomorrow for about 5 hours...we are overloaded with work.
Shit, we could use more people...

hmmm...if they stopped paying overtime and hired a few extra bodies...hmm
Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

luckily, our business hasn't seen any kind of fall off and I don't expect to see any...we also operate in a military town, so that helps...and it's a family operation, which helps as well...

just from my dealings with a lot of the troops that I've come in contact from there while deployed to Iraq, I know that its not a place for me....I just get the feeling of it being "under the table" political...and I've never been overly impressed with troops or Non-coms that came from there and ended up working for me...

Nah, I'm in the Dallas area but when I first moved to the US in 1980 I lived in Killeen with a family where the husband was a Lt. Col. at Ft. Hood.

I miss the days when I was paid hourly. The overtime pay was delicious. I work the same hours now and I'm paid nicely for it, but there was something psychologically gratifying about counting up that overtime money as the endless hours passed during 70 hour work week.

I meant to say, extra 'free' time.

And I spoke too soon, I've actually got to work a long shift tommorrow.
