Tour and Concert Cancellations???

I wouldnt b at all surprised if we will hear that a lot of bands and rock performers will b cancelling tours planned for this year due to the financial crisis and economic slowdown!! I know of 3 acts who are supposed 2 b touring this year that may have 2 rethink their plans and even cancel out, purely because fans wont b able 2 afford tickets, as well as travel expenses, accommodation and food, not 2 mention merchandize!! Fleetwood Mac, Bruce Springsteen(no great loss, IMO) and Coldplay!! And, I am sure there are others as well, who were considering touring this year but probably will b having second thoughts!!!!

HAS IT REALLY COME DOWN 2 THIS NOW?????shocked shocked sad sad sad

historically, entertainment does well thru recession/depression. It's called escapism. U might see slightly lower ticket prices.

I don't think there will be any shortage of tours. But I doubt anyone will be charging $312.10 for general admission. lol
We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.
