For me, one of my biggest would have to be having my change handed back to me properly. It's become commonplace to hand the customer back all their change in one big clump. When I did customer service, we were taught to count out the paper money, then the coins, then the receipt. And even at that, some of the older employees that worked with me chided me on that, because I didn't count out the change. yeh im not hatin on anyone gettin paid. but so much lost in translation when i deal with costumer service reps from other countries. | |
