I used Foobar200 before. It was easy to use. You will also have to download Lame.exe from here http://www.free-codecs.co...coder.htm

Hope this helps! smile

You can convert file types from within iTunes.

Select a song to convert and under the "ADVANCED" menu it will have an option to "CREATE **** VERSION". It will convert to whatever format selected in your "IMPORT SETTINGS". This setting is found in PREFERENCES > GENERAL.

Of course, you can burn an audio CD directly from an iTunes playlist regardless of what file format the songs are stored as. If that's all you want to do just click burn and select audio CD from the options!

yes but if you burn the cd and it is full of songs you purchased from i-tunes, that cd will only play on your computer

if another person tries it, it does not work or if they put it in their computer it asks for my password

it has to do with protection.....nothing to do with what kind of file it is

If you burn as an audio cd and not an mp3 or aac data cd then it will play on anyones piece of equipment.
