shark w/ seafood stuffing drowned in a blue cheese sauce.

Maybe it's Coccino? Sweet said it might be that.

Is that a Cape Verdian dish? Mexican? I'm a Rican (we don't cook like Mexicans people do-would love to learn recipes), never had it. pout

I can make coquito (sp) which is Puerto Rican rum creamed w/ lots of nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and coconut creme. addictive. Haitians call it cremas. question

But the paella is a rice medley dish, with seafood, chicken(and or sausage) and veggies (like peas, baby corn, carrots, watercress etc.) steam cooked and baked in a casserole. OMG!!! My favorite dish to eat.
