Cannibal I'm almost ashamed to say that I rented this movie. I'm also almost ashamed to say that I kinda liked it. I love gory movies and I think the Germans do wonders with this genre.
The thing that got me was that this was based on a true story. 
The story will be known already to most viewers. In 2003, a man advertised on the internet for somebody to eat. Following a successful application, the scene was set for one of the most grotesque "crimes" to hit the media for many years. It's a genuinely interesting film as you wonder not just what would drive a man to eat another but what strange desire would make a man want to be eaten? if it is, its worth purchasing? I don't know. I liked how quiet it was. Some people would call that boring. The guy who played the real life cannibal was creepy. The victim was creepy. Thanks, Miguel. I wanna check it out.....seems interesting. Gore doesn't bother me either, but I'm not one of those fans that think it improves an old movie. Like the new remakes out now.
