Do your ears get dry in the winter.

Usually i dont pay too much attention. But sometimes during the winter my ears are super dry. Maybe its from my winter hat.

I have a skin condition that acts up in the winter. Clean them gently as to not upset the skin make sure to remove any crust ( eww yeah I know) then apply a small amount of a water based moisturizer, not lotion or an oil based product, try an unscented product if you can find one. It should clear up.
