I don't know what she's on...but she oughta save it for recreational use only. 
True story: When I was working in journalism, I was covering an election night party...but monitoring broadcasts from other parties. I was watching the live shot of a reporter friend of mine...who was about to interview the speaker of our state assembly. She'd caught him on the fly, so hadn't had a chance to talk to him ahead of time. So she does her intro...turns around to ask her first question...and suddenly gets this look of total horror on her face as she realizes that the guy is absolutely shit-faced. As she interviews him, he is literally swaying back and forth. 
It was a very short interview. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. | |

I've seen broadcast personalities be obviously drunk before, but usually it's been in off-camera settings.
I wonder if she's on medication, and not drunk or high. | |

You all ought to see the London Desk at CNN...Becky and Richard covering anything other than a war zone or massacre means straight up BOOZED out commentary. Just imagine two adults behaving as bad assed kids who snuck in a "nip" before they came to 4th period homeroom. Suffice it to say they don't pair those two together too much
