The water is supposed to flush your system of toxins, and I've been leaning towards drinking water with lemon all day instead, because lemon juice is supposed to also help detoxify, but just drink a cup of (concentrated) green tea a couple of times a day. I am happy with water just as it is, but if lemon is good I should add it a couple of times too I can easily drink 2 litres of water now I always thought it was SOOO much!

Maybe you can just drink the tea once during a day if you want to. Another reason I drink the green tea is for the antioxidant superfood properties, it's on my list of foods to eat because of that.

I had tomato based sauce for dinner and red wine for that tonight

That article WAS really clear and easy to understand. I always forget (really!) why weight training is a beneficial part of exercise beyond cardio.

I don't really agree with the definitions of catabolism and anabolism at the start of the article but the message is simple and concise.
The message of get up off yer fat arse and walk, eat less and what a fucking surprise you loose weight!!! Why don't people get this? Happy is he who finds out the causes for things.Virgil (70-19 BC). Virgil was such a lying bastard!

I recently read somewhere that water is best even though you drink tea, because the water will flush out all the toxins that tea or detox tea is flushing out or your organs. But I'm sure that you already knew this already.
