What a coincidence, I've been on this 'diet' the past few days, sort of. I have a list of foods to eat, and fish, dark green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, blueberries and other fruits, whole grains, are on my list of foods to eat. Some information that someone gave me (I've gotta find it and post it later) shows what types of foods you can eat to disrupt fat storage, expel fat-trapping toxins, turn off hunger, and shrink belly fat cells, those foods are also going on my list of foods to eat. | |

The water is supposed to flush your system of toxins, and I've been leaning towards drinking water with lemon all day instead, because lemon juice is supposed to also help detoxify, but just drink a cup of (concentrated) green tea a couple of times a day. | |
