Imma hoarder! I have become my parents over the years!

My shower and toilet will be broken down and rebuild soon, so I started to tackle the rest as well and started to chuck stuff not touched for over a year.

OMG! I HAVE SO MUCH STUFF! Just the kitchen alone; I use like four glasses, tops and I have about 30! So I am making SPACE! I love space! I am going to try and be as minimalistic as I can get!

Hehehe. Daft Org; I had titled my thread OMG! at first, but it sent me back and told me I had to give my thread a meaningful title.

Three times non-meaningful becomes meaningful, seemingly. It's like Dan's posts. He ain't saying much, but if you say a LOT, it becomes meaningful somehow!

It makes me feel jittery and unsettled if my workspace is clean. It always starts the day orderly, but I progressively throw/move things around until about noon when I notice that it's a disaster, but I feel better

I use my VCR. It's built into my TV. But I also have a DVD-player. I don't buy videos any more, but I still have some stuff on video, like Prince And The Revolution Live In Syracuse, Livesexy '88 and Nude Tour In Tokyo and various Prince videos.

By the way, have I told you that Crimson And Clover, Colonized Mind, Wall Of Berlin and 4ever have really grown on me? I like them a lot now.

moving into a house with a basement was not good in my hoarding evolution. the basement is pretty much full! my problem is with old family stuff. for instance. the enamel pot my grandmother cooked potatoes in on the wood stove. the weird safari hat my uncle used to wear. my grandfather's shoe trees. a bundle of old papers of my grandfathers. my mother's highchair. what do you DO with this kind of stuff?

The cupboards are going OUT next Monday. The room needs to be EMPTY. I need to redecorate, wallpaper, paint and install new electrical stuff; it's going to be my study.
