What are you proud of today?

I am proud of my daughter who told me a year ago that Obama would be President. The depth of her knowledge about him, his platform,current events and what she wanted for her future impressed me enough to make me give him another look. She did her homework on him and made an informed, no mama bias giggle decision. It warms my heart that she was right.

I am proud of my teens for paying close attention to the campaign, election, and inaugurtion.

I am proud of my husband for refinishing the hardwood floors in the house we are moving into. I'll be damned, you could do it! wink

i hear you on that one.

that drives me crazy for my daughter as well. they have really nice practical ones for boys but the girls are all white & pink. highfive
