I need to stop gaining weight!

what if I drink a big glass of water each time I feel like eating - and I don't mean when I'm hungry hmmm

he wouldn't eat carrots, he'd been told they were very high in sugar, which would just turn into fat. He was only 10 and already thinking like that confused

Well, for one thing I need to stop eating junk food. When I was really stressed out I sort of lost an appetite for junk.

The weight fell off. Without exercise.

It's ridiculous really. I should just stop. It shouldn't be that hard.

It does help to not buy junk at the grocery store. If I don't have it in my house I more than likely will not drive just to satisfy a craving.

Do the pinch test! If your flab is soft & mushy, U're retaining fluid! So drinking as much water as U can durring the day will do the trick to start with! Besides exercising I've been drinking 4 to 6 litres a day! The gut & love handles have melted away!
Apparently the body retains fluid when your fluid intake is low! A sort of self preservation mechanism. When U raise your intake, your body gets rid of the exess retained fluid. Thus the slimming effect takes place! :dork:
Apparently 3 portion controlled meals with 3 healthy in between snacks helps alot as well! geek

it's because at the moment I'm not getting ANY exercise, and thanks to that, I feel very lethargic and tired.
I drink maybe 4-5 beers each week

4-5 ..well thats nothing..... lol

I would normally walk to school and back each day twice each day (20 minutes) 5 times a week, and on top of that walk to kindy and back (45 minutes) 3 times each week. That was always enough, but thanks to these looooong holidays, I'm not even getting out of the house.
