Hi. My name is Sah ril and i'm BIG IN LATVIA? ok so...im searching around on my sites checking up to see how much traffic im getting and to brainstorm on how to get more, and i notice my "Addicted" video is getting most of it's attention from Latvia...  i guess i have something in common with them 
...i didnt even know there was a place called latvia eventually i traced (what i assume is the site that introduced me to "lavians?") the video to... http://www.draugiem.lv/ ...of course that's in a language i don't know (i'm assuming some kind of russian?) anyway...i know alot of you guys here are from the east... what do you know about latvia? and what is that site^^ about?

Uhm... Latvian, dude. Latvian It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.

Never EVER compare them and their language with Russian or Russians. Totally different people. A third of their population is Russian but that´s only because the Russians, under Stalin, killed a lot of their men and sent them to Sibiria, which decreased the number of men, and then, during Soviet times, many Russians settled in Latvia because it was part of the USSR.
Now they are independent ( since the 90s) and the Russians are being discriminated against in that country and both sides bear grudges. It´s a beautiful country with really nice people. Been there a couple of times. I would describe their culture as a mix between German,Scandinavian, east European and , well, partly Russian due to being a former Soviet Republic but that´s something they are not really proud of. 
You should go and visit, it´s a beautiful place with lots of forests and lakes, right at the Baltic Sea. Many tourists are discovering that little gem of a country these days. Labdien means " Hello", Ka te viet = How are you ? Labi= " I´m fine" Es nerunjatu Latvieski = " I don´t speak Latvian." [Edited 1/18/09 4:23am] " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid.
