Well I can tell you there bacon isnt cooked crisp like ours but it limp and very fatty. Great hangover food... but they have this thing about driving on the wrong side of the road. So, you know, American....massively hungover, fatty bacon sandwich, nice lookin' BMW...You look up and see cars coming at you in what appears to be a possible head on collision. I almosttttt decorated Phils beautiful car.

I tried a flatbread sandwich today for the first time. It was okay, kind of messy and hard to eat. I think I prefer panini sandwiches instead. Love the grilled bread, it just adds a nice flavor to the sandwich. Although panini sandwiches, I suppose, can be messy and hard to eat as well. lol

Hello... Panini's, they're all over the place in Cleveland! biggrin

I like the chicken bacon ranch sandwich on Ciabatta bread best. I haven't had flat bread in a while but I like that too. I think I've only had 2 Pannini sandwiches and they were ok.

I'm a total fan of these as well. Yes, I know it's "Dominos" and all, but these suckers are Good! I was surprised when AOL trashed them on their reviews of fast food...

I have a panini maker, and I usually use a french roll, cheese, and bacon, and then squish it altogether. drool I usually have it with a few tomato slices on the side, since you can't squish those without it becoming a big soggy mess.

Panini is just "sandwiches" in Italian, by flat bread do you mean pitta? I am not really bothered to be truthfull all types are great, if you are asking if I prefer toasted over not, then it's toasted very time!

Yes, but true Italian style panino/panini uses only ciabatta bread in order for it to be authentic.

Flatbread is not pita, but rather a large round or oval shaped flattened loaf commonly found in mediterranean (Greek), and some middle-eastern cuisines (Turkish). They often have white sesame seeds on top.

In my neighborhood flatbread is the cheapest (about 65-99 cents a loaf) and are good for making artisinal sandwhiches for large groups. But at home alone? I go for grilled panini every time drool3

I like flatbread as well, it's just that most places I've gone to have crappy flatbread. Zoup and Subway in particular, it's really weird looking and spongy, and seems really processed.
