Currently on the receiving end of this...it does suck...I always thought the invaluable people didn't get it but I guess it depends on the leadership...

We are on our 5th layoff in my seven years of being with this company but what kills me is the incompetant folks seem to stay and wreck more havoc and cause problems!!! | |
