On Thursday I put the cat out as I left the house to take my children shopping for school shoes. We don't live on a busy street and she never leaves the front yard, mostly palys on the doorstep and sleeps under a flower bush...so I thought she would be fine. We were gone for 2 hours and as we opened the front door she came out from her flower bush and moved ahead of me. That was when I noticed she was holding her right back leg up...then on closer inspection I realised it looked twisted!!!
As soon as my husband got hom we took her to the vet...poor little thing had popped her nakle out and broken it. The vet said worst case senario was they may have to amputate,which my husband was adamantly against
Lucky for her and us an operation and a couple of pins is the worst she needed..but the poor little pussy is plastered on her right leg from hip to toe
