P.S. I am female, btw, but I love sports! I love boxing, tennis (Rafa Nadal yum, yum ) football is OK... let's see. Oh, I like the Olympics..

However, I have been to ultimate fighting matches and kick boxing matches with my husband (but we go to boxing matches more), and I not so much a fan of ultimate fighting. I prefer boxing, actually. I love athletes, actually. I love they are so physically fit.. And I love they are so focused when they are in the "zone." I love the intensity of it all.

I really love men!

Now, I love women, too, but I like the company of both men and women. I just do not analyze too much unless there is a problem--something to where I am in the position of analyzing. But on a daily basis, no,... I just do not think about it.

Why do men demand that their wives overwork themselves by taking over where their moms left off? I mean...before a woman marries, she has her job and parents to attend to. After she marries, she becomes a mommy to her husband because he simply refuses to do simple things like wash his own clothes.

As for the settling down part, I am with a girl that some people might see as cold or dull, but in fact she's just shy & not an attention whore or consumed with "being hot." With me she's a great companion, and not ditzy, not demanding, not crazy (relatively speaking, of course), not a supermodel but still very attractive. In short, she's a lot like me.

A "hot girl" certainly has her appeal, but some of them are difficult to be around for very long because they are more superficial, and not good companions except to superficial men.

If a woman stops spoiling her husband, he'll figure out how to use a washing machine. But some men may be harder to convince than others.

Obviously there are great hot girls & lame plain janes, too, but think about it. Why else would a man want to settle down with someone "plain & boring" unless she's a great companion? And why would a man want to date hot girls except that they're beautiful on the outside? It's pretty obvious.

Also, remember from another thread that I have a different view of hot girls than you. I think hot girls are not necessarily prettier than plain janes, but they are superficially hotter (ie hair, makeup, clothes, attitude). So my definition of a hot girl is based on superficial qualities.

Besides which, I look around and there are plenty of hot young wives, and they marry very successful men, so everyone's happy.
