Question about codes (Morse et al.)

Does anyone know if there are any code (Morse, for example) that writers use in their writing to convey secret or hidden messages?

There are hundreds, if not thousands of codes that can be written into texts (and I'm not just talkin' 'bout "the bible code").

In order for me to make any further sense I think you'd have to be a bit more specific.

Nice. Makes me wish I'd gotten more into cryptogram puzzles as a child, though.
