Anything over 90's is too hot if there isn't a pool or beach a few steps away.

Well, here it's not so much about temperature. The humidity is what kills me. If the temp. is 85F and the humidity is at 100% it's stifling out. Now when it gets to be 105F and the humidity is 100% no one goes outside. I'll only go out like that to get in the pool.

Yep. nod

I remember. It is hot there. Not as humid though. But once it gets 110/115F it's still pretty damn hot.

lol

I start getting uncomfortable at 80, especially if the humidity
is high as well.

A fun little fact...the highest temp ever recorded in Minneapolis
was 108 F (42.2 C) and the lowest was -41 F (-40.6 C).

I just had to look that up...exciting huh? lol

Actually, that sounds perfect!! It's 21 here right now....
a huge improvement over last week when it was quite a bit below 0
by this time of night.

nod
I wish it was about this temp with a cool breeze everyday, it can even be humid if the air is moving - the other week it got like that, and it felt like a tropical holiday!

I'm really okay with it being hot, but it's the cold that gets to be unbearable. I'd gladly switch locations with anyone who is too hot right now lol

eek that's too hot.. I prefer summer over all seasons, but I don't want to go passed 85°.. that's hot enough for me.. I'd prefer 85° on a beach day..and 80° on other days

What's that in celsius? It gets to around 37 during most days of summer here, but very rarely more than that, in Bangkok at least. I'd say that's a little too hot. I like it around 30 degrees, like it is right now.

Hottest place I've been was one time on the Thailand Laos border, in Nong Khai when apparently it was about 42 celsius. Supposed to be around 108 F according to the conversion I just did online. Now that's definitely too hot. I was waiting for a train for several hours with no chance of relief except for drinking my beers. drink

No humidity, I can handle about 105, but with humidity, if it hits 90 it's horrible.

Its been 86-89 here which I must say has been quite lovely... but backwards ass as all get out as its mid-winter.The repercussions are extreme. We've averaged less then 4 inches of rain. In these parts that spells drought. Just one more brick on the wall!

The 'cold' season is ending here. woot!

Days are up to 30 or 31 from 27, 28 and at night and in the mornings it's over 20 again, as opposed to 16 or 17 degrees. What's the big deal? Water is pretty bloody cold at 16 degrees celsius when you don't have heated water for your shower!! eek lol
