I stand by my opinion, and it is MY opinion, on Madonna. I've seen plenty of pics including the ones you posted and I see wrinkles, I see where she has aged and I see where her skin is not as taut and she still looks good to me. Those pics are not evidence necessarily of surgery and I challenge you to assess what kind she may have had, but could be indicators of really good diet, exercise, and topical creams and cosmetics. I really don't give a crap about Lindsay Lohan, she looks astetically pleasing no matter her weight and there is such a thing as naturally getting thinner the older you get...they call it dropping the baby/childhood fat.

I don't care to read tabloid trash about whether someone looks cosmetically altered and if it makes headlines the stories don't stay for long which means people have short attention spans and dont really care. Im no longer sure what your point is. Shouls we feel sorry for poor celebs cuz they go out and get surgery? I think not. This is an old business that has not changed much over the decades and people know EXACTLY what they are getting themselves into when they pursue fame and fortune. It takes a big ego, lots of confidence and thick skin, drive and a bit of good or unique looks coupled with any degree of talent to even enter and make it in the business of fame.

Madonna, and all the rest, think they are the shit and they will do what it takes to maintain their attractiveness...they are not so insecure to read a tabloid headline and immediately run to the doc b/c they know its fake and bullshit. Look at this overexposed Heidi Montag...she got a boob job in highschool b/c BOYS made fun of her and she wanted to compete for attention with girls who had boobs, not b/c she was under any kind of Hollywood scrutiny. Now if celebs can't get a movie role or record deal then they do what they feel they need to compete but its not about us little folk- we aren't making them rush out to get surgery and they are not so insecure to listen to our criticisms. Basically, we don't criticise the way the look we admire it which is one of the reasons they become famous in the first place. Vanity is the reason why anyone gets cosmetic surgery, wears clothes that show off that most appealing body parts or drive attention getting vehicles and so on and so on. Insecurity is for children, the emotinally volatile and the love lorn. I think most of us can pretty much hang with how we look and me under the public eye will not change my attitude about what i see in the mirror. If I want to change something, I will do it without public opinion. Love yourself don't wait for others to do it.

Sorry, this is just plain ignorance. Madonna has had surgery and it could not be more obvious. What's wrong with her having it? It's her decision, after all, why can't you just accept it? It's blind attitudes like this that make celebs so adamant about not having any surgery.

What I'm trying to say is your reasoning for making fun of celebs who've been unfortunate enough to get surgery with a bad surgeon was that they want the attention, love themselves, and "the root of vanity is self acceptance". I then proved it clearly isn't and you're either blatantly ignoring pictorial evidence right in front of you, or somehow thinking I'm taking this personally...stick to the topic!

You've got the complete wrong idea of celebrities, you're buying into their IMAGES not them as people. Yes, they act confident, self absorbed and happy but we all know very well there's only a handful of celebs out there you could say are truly happy. Don't you know how all celebs say they were the nerd in high school? Or how many amazing actors are shy hermits off stage?

It takes an incredibly vulnerable, easy to influence, naive, usually young person to make it in Hollywood. Rarely are celebs actually strong willed, thick skinned people, which is why so many of them get addicted to drugs, drink, sex, and surgery.

People with inner strength don't get addicted to anything in the first place.



Once again, I ask : if they think they're "the shit" - why change it? Why drastically alter yourself PERMANENTLY if you love what you see? No surgeon has ever talked of clients who love what they have.

I don't see any wrinkles on her nowadays, I did back in as recent as 2007. This new face of hers is very new, mid 2008 I think.
