Goat cheese spread on crackers or crumbled on salad.

Extra sharp cheddar sliced with apples and grapes.

Provolone sliced and melted on anything with tomato sauce.

Fresh buffalo mozzarella on ANYTHING AT ALL, but especially in a caprese salad with garden tomatoes, good olive oil, balsamic vinegar and cracked pepper. drool

Brie baked with almonds and apricots.

Bleu cheese with dried cherries and walnuts on a fresh green salad.

I love cheese.

Most of my cheese eating involves other foods; pizza, burgers, etc. The only way that I really like block cheese is if it is sharp cheddar on a triscuit; must be a triscuit.
