I have been watching our neighbours 16 month old while his dad is in the hospital with a possible case of meningitis. I said to my hubby last night, maybe we should forget about the baby thing and just travel around the world.
giggle
The baby is walking now and has also learned to hit. Ahhhh it is all down hill from here, it is a shame, he was so cute.
falloff

frikkin babies just go and grow up!!! mad

and other people's babies disbelief you know I am having some troubles of my own with that too - much as loving them is the right thing to do, it's damned near impossible lol

He is usually a very happy baby so I was not sure what to do about this hitting thing. It was obvious that he was doing it to see what I would do. I just looked really upset and looked like I was going to cry and said "NO! BAD BOY!".
I have only had dogs so that is all I can relate to. He is not mine so I certainly could not hit him back which I would not think would work anyways.
He seemed to react to making me sad. He is usually a happy clown that wants you to laugh at him so maybe that worked. He did not do it again.

Well our pup is hitting the teen stage and he finds ways of debating and being unruly without words.
lol
He is Australian so I guess that makes him even more stubborn, so I am told.

Luckily, you are not Australian. lol
