UPDATE:


We've got the water out. None of our stuff was damaged, but the brand-new laminate flooring in my roommate's room and the front entrance was thrashed, as it got water underneath. So right now that's all ripped out. Landlord says he should have it fixed by Sunday -luckily he's a contractor and he lives on the ground floor of the house, so he was available right away to work on the problem. The roomie and I will be staying upstairs with the LL and his girlfriend until we can move back down here. We got off pretty lucky, all things considered.
