Hmmmmm, i find people have set periods of time, subconsciously, when they are in receive mode. Normally people need around 90 mins at their desk before they hit that mode, then they stop around 30 mins before their lunch and for 30 mins after are still not ready. They then stop around 45 mins to an hour before they go home.

I used to run a large team of telesales people and when we adopted this structure and only phoned people during the receive times our appointment quality went through the roof.

To that end we adopted the following

9-10.15 Prep period and paperwork wrap up
10.15 -12.30 Calling
12.30-2.15 Lunches and morning wrap up period
2.15-4.15 Calling
4.15-5.30 Wrap up and follow ups to booked leads

This meant that people who knew us that were already in conversation could take our calls late in the day and have time to digest the conversation but we still left time in the sweet spot of the day for new calls.

If that is of any help to make your day better then good, if not, just ignore me.lol

I'd have to adjust it a bit since I'm making calls from home (personal business calls, but still dealing with "people"), but still helpful smile I think I just need to build in that time to center myself so I'm better adjusted to enter the rest of the world...

I hate it when after a few years of dating, a woman breaks up with a guy because he wouldn't commit...then 2 months later he is engaged to somebody else.
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

You should be mad at the fact that dude didn't just admit that he didn't want to commit to her...instead of saying he wasn't ready to commit.

I hate when everyone says "Don't do it all. Let me help."
Then they don't do anything and you would have been way better off just having done it your damn self.
