Not all that excited. The original Terminator is one of my all-time favorite movies. It was an amazing sci-fi action-thriller that still holds up today as one of the best films ever in its genre. Sequels and the TV show have only served, in my mind, to muddy the waters of the original's logic and just add mind-numbing conundrums. I'm sure things will blow up real good in this new movie, and it might be heavy on action, but I don't hold much hope for its being a truly worthy successor to the first.

Christian Bale looks hot, though. I'll give it that.

Not even a little bit.

From the director of Charlie's Angels...
Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.

I don't like Christian Bale as John Connor

I really like the first two Terminators. T2 is still one of the best action movies ever. Top Five easily. I'll see it reluctantly.

Although Matrix Reloaded is great for other reasons than as a sequel.
That's another Top Five Action of all Time

The Matrix didn't have any logic to lose. The first one was okay, but it was more about the cool special effects and massive slaughter than anything else.

?? Someone not paying attention?

Seeing that the first one is a retelling of the New Testament, do you have the same issues with the Bible?

I guess I missed the part in the New Testament where Jesus and Mary Magdelene locked and loaded. How is the first movie a retelling of the New Testament? It's not parallel at all.

I like The Matrix fine, but I feel it collapses under the weight of its own illogic. That in and of itself doesn't make it bad; it just means I can't really follow it through. Ignoring that is fine and it can still be enjoyed. I'm just saying I think the original Terminator was smarter in its conception.

no, I don't see that at all.. I see a real mind job in that movie lol lol you have to know about computers to understand the Matrix.. I remember when this came out a decade ago.. folks, who weren't computer knowledgable were confuse .. alot of that in the movie to me represents something in the computer world.. like softwares..
