Split Ends show on the Style Network

sad I'm sorry I guess i've been naive this whole time, but I have just realized today that this show is fucking staged with hair stylists acting like assholes at first and then they all of a sudden "have a change of heart" and act a bit nicer.

For those who haven't seen this show before, its about two hairstylists from two completely different cities, one is from a country town, the other is usually from a upscale salon in a bigger city. The two stylists are swapped for a few days to see if they can survive in a different salon out of their comfort zone.

The episode that I saw today was one in which a gay hair stylist with a "british" accent is swapped with a woman who works in a children's salon. Well at first the guy with the accent acts like a complete asshole, and bursts out crying in the taxi cab because he wasn't sent to a "real hair salon". Then when he gets in there, he acts even more like a rude asshole, even insulting a parent at the kids salon. The thing that let me know the shit was fake was because there's no way, no matter their race, a parent would have let him talk to them in the manner which he talked to the mother. Just wouldn't have happened because he would have had a black eye and a punctured spleen after I was done with him. Oh and then come to find out, he's a phony....his accent is fake!!!! He had been faking for years and tellling people that he was from London, England!!! Blasphemy!!! disbelief
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

I saw a preview for it once but never actually watched an episode. It's like Wife Swap for hair stylists, I'm so sick of reality tv (minus a few shows I still like)...
