How often do you train one muscle per week ? 1 X ? 2 or 3 times ? How do you feel about overtraining ? Is it just a myth, as Tamak once said ( the guy from the Last Dragon ) or is it true that you should only train a muscle once per week , or every 72 hours ? I don´t really like split training so I do a full upper body workout twice a week, sometimes three times a week .Do you use creatin ? I only use protein shakes. " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"

Question 1 - It all depends on what you're trying to do (goals) and also, how serious you are and how much time you have dedicated to working out, and at what level are you in your workouts. Q2 - Yes, you can overtrain. I see fools doing it all the damn time. Spending 45 minutes on one damn machine doing 15 sets of 10. Ridiculous. Or spending 2 and 3 hours at the gym but they aren't competitive bodybuilders/powerlifters. Q3 - Creatine: Used it. Didn't really see any great things about it. Also, as a man, there have been studies that have talked about issues with reproduction, so I tell cats to lay off it until more is researched. Whey is the best, plus BCAA - Branch-chained amino acids - good stuff. If you can find a good Whey with BCAAs, you're dojng fine. But again, that's for lifters. It all depends on what you're trying to do. nWo: bboy87 - Timmy84 - LittleBlueCorvette - MuthaFunka - phunkdaddy - Christopher

Monday for me, too. Today is a...um..."horizontal workout" day. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

I spend one hour on the weight machines and doing the stretches then I spend about 45 minutes to an hour doing cardio(the bike machine, the step machine, and the treadmill) then I'll do an hour with my friends in the dance room breakdancing "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. I gotta go back to my serious boot-camp mentality to get it off & really, REALLY learn how to maintain this time. I start slippin' & letting myself have a little more of this & that while cutting down on the exercise. I don't know how to make it work in my everyday life but I can't be completely focused on it year round either. I dunno, I just gotta keep trying
