It would be her back, which is not visible on the photo. I kinda dont like Angelina much, she is not ugly, but i think i am jealous. Prince I will always miss and love U.

I never saw 28 days later. I did see 28 weeks later which wasn't all that great.
It had a brutal scene where the hsuband kills his wife which I found terribly uncomfortable. But other than that, it lacked tension, interest, and much of a story at all. Plus I didn't quite understand the ending in Paris. Does it mean the little boy actually became one of the zombies and infected others in the helicopter?

OzlemUcucu said: "The Mist" is a very good flick, u should watch that. It's not similar to 28 Later, which is zombie movie. The Mist is more Sci-fi. I also recommend "IN Bruges" and "Dogville" those are not new movies, but they are good.
Shit movies I watched recently "The Four Feathers" with H. Ledger "While She was out" with K. Basinger (Laughable crap movie, horrible shit) "War, Inc." (anti propaganda movie) and "Body of Lies", (CIA thriller) the last one with Caprio. Those four are all shit! The only thing I liked about the Mist was the end scene which was well done, and the fact that Thomas Jane was in it. Lawd, I want to bend him over and have my way with that ass. But what is it about Steven King books being so difficult to translate on to big screen?

Mist isnt too bad. I prefer Mist over 28 Days Later.
Anyway, has anyone seen the other film "The Bandock Saints"? Everyone says it is liek Pulp Fiction. I watched it, and it is seriously crap. Prince I will always miss and love U.

ZombieKitten said: OzlemUcucu said: Oh Okay, rite at the beginning of the film u see her from behind. I wondered if it is her real tatooes. I mean Angelina has lots of them, doesnt she? she has lots! I dunno if it's her real one it's not visible in this photo (taken when she promoted the movie "The Changeling" I think ) Yeah, that's the one! I don't think it is real, though. I doubt I will be getting it, anyway. I just wanted something similar because I thought it would blend in nice with the one on my wrist. My kids say, "nay". So, my next will be the one up my spine to play off the other on my back. Shawn nearly has the drawing drawing done, but it's never "right". Still workin' on it! OzlemUcucu: I couldn't find Dogville at the video store. . [Edited 1/3/09 16:55pm]

Yes, i am talking about 28 Days Later the zombie movie! EDIT - ANYBODY WATCHED THE BOONDOCK SAINTS - I HEARD IT IS A MUST SEE; AND I AM WATCHING IT AGAIN NOW; I DONT UNDERSTAND THE FILM MAYBE I HAVE TO WATCH IT AGAIN [Edited 12/31/08 20:09pm] Boondock Saints is one of my fave movies...but I just like those kinds of flicks, so my judgement is jaded...... ...as to the original intent of the thread...I liked Wanted, and I'm pretty sure that my like will increase....and I liked 28 Days Later as well..... I think both are shit, but i cant make up my mind. I agree but I would watch 'Wanted' again but '28 Days Later', I don't expect to watch again. I could not stand those two children who took no responsibility for their actions which unleashed the virus again. Which is not a general judgment on children, just these two particular self obsessed jerks. I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.

OzlemUcucu said: "Wanted" is a strange movie. I thought those assisinations were too hyped up and unbelievable story-telling. I mean yes it is fiction, but Matrix makes sense too. Sorry, it didnt work for me....
"28 Later", I am still not sure. Some say it is the best zombie movie, i doubt that. The worst film of the year would be "The Boondock Saints" - Is that a Tarantino Copy or what? I didnt get the movie at all I haven't seen that in ages! That was good. (Boondock Saints) [Edited 1/3/09 19:16pm] I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.

So, what is that kind of flick thing? I watched it twice now, i forced myself for the second time, and I seriously think it is the worst crap I have ever seen. I like nothing of the acting, and as far as the story goes, maybe it is somethign different, or am I missing something here?

omg, to whoever said Dogville was good.... that has to be the most pretentious, boring, awful piece of shit I ever actually sat through.
to answer the original question, 28 Days Later is good. our first "running zombie" movie. the best of the bunch, i'd say.

I said "Dogville" was great. Clearly u dont like theater, otherwise u wouldnt say it was shit.

I like theater just fine. In a theater. I don't need to see it done and passed off as a film, especially with such a pretentious, condescending story. And clocking in at something like 3 hours. I absolutely loathe everything about that film, including Nicole Kidman, whom I generally love.

28 Days Later was a decent film. I don't think it quite deserved all the praise it got, but it did boast some decent acting performances and had the audacity to tweak the zombie genre, making it a bit more tense.
Haven't seen Wanted. No interest. Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

"Fracture" with Anthony Hopkins I rate it on same level as "Wanted"! It is not action packed though, but borin shit! "The Insider" with Al Pacino? "that kind of flick" thing means a shoot 'em up with a dark comedy streak (laughter amidst the violence) and bad guys you can root for...Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrells, Snatch, Layer Cake, et al, come to mind...I like movies that have good story lines and plots, but sometimes mindless violence can sooth the savage beast as well.... Why do people get the idea 28 Days later is a zombie flick?. Wasn't promoted as one, the director Danny Boyle said it isn't one, i suppose they look like zombies but they're not.
The people running around are infected with 'Rage'. Why don't folk remember the beginnings of movies? in this case the monkeys in the lab. Good film though, sequel is weak.

Mark, while u mention it, i think the only good thing in the film is actually the beginning, but the concept of "rage" gets forgotton in the film, so maybe that is why it is called zombie flick. Prince I will always miss and love U.

its easily forgotten cuz its not emphasized to begin with. you have a goofy lab tech who says to the peta wannabes, "the chimps are infected with rage!" and then its never explained what rage is or how a chimp presumably watching endless hours of violence on television magically has his blood and saliva turn into a fast acting virus that turns normal humans into blood thirsty zombies. zombie cuz they apparently never sleep, lose all cognitive ability and bite the shit out of folk! er uh...maybe that's canibal? but you never see them chowing down on and finishing a good brit!
