I've slowly put on 10kg over the last 20 years  Nah... I just hide it well. I am what you call "pear" shaped. I have love handles that I never had before...no kids to blame for it either. I am feeling the effects of winter, now that I actually have them now. In Florida, I never felt like hibernating. I do get out everyday and walk the dog a few miles but that is not enough for someone my age. | |
