McNabb knows only how to win. You know after a bad year like last year, he was gonna bounce back. You knew after that benching earlier this year, he was gonna bounce back. The only thing was, I thought this year it was too little too late. Nope, it wasn't. This is exactly Tony Romo's problem. Dude ain't won shit and doesn't get upset, riled up, pissed off, or mad as hell when they lose. That's a problem when you're supposed to be a leader and need to motivate your teammates. His attitude is like I hate to say it but Jerry needs to get another QB and if Philly won't ack right he should get Donovan. [Edited 1/12/09 7:19am] Jerry needs to get a starting qb as a back up qb. A Byron Leftwich type or whoever is available. Put a fire under Romo that if you don't start producing, we have someone who will and if not, don't let the dorr hit jessica's ass on the way out. kpowers said: I thought sports critics talking about San Diego being 2-0 in Pittsburgh during the play offs was a stupid stat to use. First off all 2 is not a big number, now if it was 5-0 then thats something else. Second look at those two wins, first time in 83 with Dan Fouts (Dan Fouts, 70's/80's QB), and the second win was 13 years ago (Big deal). Dam stupid stat to bring up.
They spin stuff for gamblers, for the networks as well, so people will think it will be a closer game than it actually becomes. What is worrying me right now is this; Philly is favored by 3 at Arizona. ESPN is already saying Philly is in the Super Bowl. You know, this is the same stuff they were saying about Green Bay last year when the Giants popped them in the mouth. Arizona did not get lucky beating Carolina. Del Homme did not have a bad game on his own. Arizona made him have a bad game. They shut down Michael Turner a week earlier and made Matt Ryan look like a rookie. Arizona has us all fooled. When they won the NFC West, they chilled. They did not play defense, they did not even attempt at running the ball. Heck, in two games, they even put Matt Leinhert in for Warner. We thought they were falling apart, yet it seems the head coach was just resting players. You don't get lucky like that against Atlanta and Carolina. It is not a coincedence. Fool straight had us fooled. n Arizona sold out the stadium in 6 minutes. The first playoff game did not sell out til 24 hours before game time. A bunch of bandwagon fans but, to their credit, they were fooled 2. Silence Speaks A Thousand Words.

The difference is that Philadelphia isn't sitting pretty like Green Bay thought they were. Hell, the only reason Philly is favored is because people saw what the in-form Giants did last year. Even so, I have a feeling Carolina would've been favored if they had won the game. This isn't David vs. Goliath -- it's David vs. David. The Eagles actually have a slightly better record (thanks to that tie) and most people would agree they're playing better than the Cards right now. Arizona did not get lucky beating Carolina. Del Homme did not have a bad game on his own. Arizona made him have a bad game. They shut down Michael Turner a week earlier and made Matt Ryan look like a rookie.
Arizona deserves a lot of credit, but let's be real here: more than half of those throws were just ridiculously poor decisions by Delhomme. He wasn't even pressured for most of them! They were so bad that the commentators were speechless! When that happens, you know shit's bad. "Whitney was purely and simply one of a kind." ~ Clive Davis

Eagles are in trouble. AZ is playing like I knew they would. All that's left is defense.

See, I frickin knew it. All this talk of Philly shouldn't even play the game n all that crap on ESPN was garbage. Philly may have been overconfident. I hate ESPN.
So I guess this bodes well for the Ravens? Silence Speaks A Thousand Words.

Philadelphia has woke up.
TD 10 point deference. Eagles defense has stepped up. So is McNabb and the offense. Cardinals gotta stop this. Or they gonna lose.
