The older you get _____ , what have you noticed ?

The older i get the more i realise my body cant take the beatings it used to. I tend to creak in the mornings these days

The older I get the drier my skin gets. The creases of my eyelids are chapped. That's never happened before.

The older I get the less I sleep in. Even if I've stayed up until 3 am, my body still tries to wake up at 8:00am. Yes, this is an hour and a half later than I get up when I have to work but sleeping in has meant until 10am for a long time now. I don't like that my body has changed the rules on me.

All of the above so far actually.

I've never enjoyed being around drunk people. I always combatted that by getting drunk too, so I'd find it hilarious instead of god-awfully annoying.

The older I get, the more hermit-like my existence becomes. I used to worry about it, now I think I should just accept I'm not a very social being. I'd rather stay in alone than be out past 9pm.

The older I get the more likely I am going to let you think whatever you want as I cant be bothered to comment or enter the conversation. IE... someone was rattling off on a subject and they were wayyyyy off... but I just let them prattle on and leave. A friend of mine leaned over and was all bent... you know that was a load of crap don't you? I said yeah... just couldn't be bothered to entertain the convo... who cares really?

Maybe it's the same for you once you are old. When I was a kid I was fat, then I grew up and was skinny and could eat anything without gaining any weight. Then I grew older and had to take a little bit care so that I stayed skinny and now I can eat anything I want and don't gain any weight at all .
