"Hey, *my name*, have you heard [Insert song here] by [Insert singer here]?"

"You KNOW I haven't."

I though Danity Kane was a man. (Judging by name only)

I'm 17.

And to honest, looking at most people my age. I do not want to be hip. My generation dressed like crap and doesn't know shit. And has the worst taste in everything. *waves cane*

A couple years ago when I got a speeding ticket in my porsche because we were discussing a layout for the lingerie model we had just hired and not paying attention to the police.....never would have happened when I was younger

when you bitch about music, radio, "shit hop" and how it ain't what it used to be.

Journey over to the music forum, you will find a bunch of old bitter musicians and such, or just aging listeners over there.

Don't get me wrong, I think a lot of it is buffoonery too, but I was always that way. But reading all of that and also stuff in the PM&M, you see how irrelevant some folk appear.

I feel unhip all the time. I feel eternally 20 years old so it surprises me when a 20 year old calls me sir. It's a real problem.....

I realize that I'm not young anymore everyday when I deal with troops who were born AFTER I graduated high school ('84)...as a matter of fact, one of the last new troops that was assigned to my platoon was born July 4, 1990....which just happens to be my son's birthday (just a year earlier)... eek

...but fuck that....I'm still hip, dammit!!! lol

I'm like, "DO I look old enough to be called Sir? Don't answer that . . ."
