I want something sweet...

but I am dieting,and really should'nt,but I REALLY want something sweet. sigh I know they say if you are craving something then you should have it or you will just overdue it later,but usually when I do this,I feel bad after.Ugh!

make a bowl of oatmeal and put fruit and cinnamon in it smile

or just have a cookie and sweat it off later

tried dry fruit. thats what i always do! or like permission with cinnamon. fruit with a tiny bit of honey.

Try a teaspoon full of peanutbutter or nutella. I do nutella for a chocolate fix.

that true nod last night I was making orange bread,and since you only use the orange peel I did'nt want the rest of the orange to got to waste so i ate that,and it was filling,and satified that sweet craving.
