Busiest shopping day! I work at walmart.I enjoy it.Tomorrow's going to be busy.Eeesh!It will make the day go by faster.If anybody is going shopping tomorrow-here's some advice.
When things get a little hectic-take a deep breath. If you're in line anywhere-be considerate of others. Understand the stores' policies. One example -It's not a walmart thing-It's a federal copyright law thing. The copyright law is one of the bigger issues we have at the customer service desk. If a customer opens a particular cd/dvd/ video game,etc.,and tries to return it for refund,it's not going to happen,because if it's open,you exchange it for the same exact thing.If it's not open,a refund or store credit can be given.You would be amazed at how many people get upset with us,because we're following federal copyright laws. I am going to bed now.I need my rest. My heart rate is a little high.BP is elevated as well. Yes I better go rest and get ready for tomorrow! All of you have a good night! | |

My best friend used to work in retail and I've heard so many crazy stories about customers....and the long lines.....and the christmas music in every store...and the parking hassle. I'm glad to be a shopper and not a retail employee I do show respect for them though after what my friend went through with the verbal abuse and people trashing the store. I always put items back where they belong and I'm always nice to them even when they ask me how I'm doing or if I need any help every 10 minutes  | |
