Same here. I am less judgmental than I was a few years ago, but there's a looooong way to go still. Nobody is judgment free, anybody telling you that is full of it.

God yes. I really tried not be. I used to think I was the most openminded person in the world. I'm still pretty open but some stuff I just can't tolerate. I think we all have to make judgments at some point.

not as much as I did before. I think its human nature sad
Say it's just a dream...
U open up ur eyes and come 2 realize
u simply imagined this
So u lean over and give her a kiss
Here on earth, here on earth,
with u it's not so bad
Here on earth, here on earth
eye don't feel so sad
Stay right here

It can be but if we didn't make judgments, how would we decide what is good or bad for us? I guess I try to make informed judgments.

No.... I don't know them, why would I judge them? plus I wouldn't want others doing it to me... I'm a firm believer that what you do to others DOES come back to you × 4 ...

i do. a lot. confused but i think it's only natural, really, as much as it's "not a good thing" and whatnot. it's sort of part of having an opinion. i realized quite recently how judgmental i can be of other people, especially those who i see as judgmental. it's really hypocritical of me, but i can't say i'll never do it again, because i'm a human. lol

Everybody judges other people. And those who claim to be the most open-minded are (in my experience, anyway) the most judgmental of all.

that's a very interesting question to me. my theory has always been that once you decide whether you like or dislike someone, you've judged them, for better or worse. shrug so yeah, we all judge, whether we realize it or not. smile

nod exactly. you can't always help judging someone, whether it's logical or not. well, maybe you can, but i'll be damned if i know how. lol

ok... getting to know people to formulate an opinion I don't really equate with judging, but I see what you're saying... I'm still careful not to put off negative stuff on people and right away put them in a box...

Not always are our first impressions right or do people neatly fit into our expectation. If we assume things because we think that goes according to type, we can be so wrong, yet at other times sooooo amazingly right it isn't funny, or maybe it IS funny lol

I have a friend who fits into an "aussie" stereotype so much so, when I described her to my husband, he said let me guess what her 2 children are called, and he got it right without ever having met any of them.
