 It's like, "I'm miserable, so you are going to be miserable too". I have no respect for those type people at all. They make me sick. They can't stand to see somebody else happy and doing it up in their life and because they aren't doing what they should be doing in their life, then they want to try and bring you down emotionally. Not happening.
[Edited 12/14/08 5:23am] the can only bring you down emotionally if you let them. it's your choice to allow it to happen or not. why not call them on it while they are in the act of trying to bring you down?....confront them and ask.."are you trying to make me feel miserable? well I'm not going to let that happen. I have ..... going well for me, and ..... going well for me. I'm sorry that you're not happy, but I'm not going to allow you to not enjoy all the blessings I'm experiencing right now. You'll shock them speechless, and you'll feel better. you're internalizing all these things you've wanted to say, which is why you're not happy. | |
