Actually, when I saw people like that I used to believe they couldn't possibly really be that happy.

Now when I see blissfully-in-love couples, I just my ass off because I know how they feel and it fills me up to know that there are others feeling this depth of love, connection, support and intimacy.

Depends on the couple.

Sometimes I'm overjoyed for them (as is the case here).

Other times it makes me sick. There's a couple that waits at my bus stop every morning and they can't keep their hands off of each other. Every. single. day. I think they're gross.

I'm usually happy for people that are really in love and yeah, sometimes it makes me reflect on my own love life,but I'm not even gonna lie... there have been times where I've been insanely jealous, mostly because I didn't have love like that in my life.

I understand where you're coming from, dude, but this particular shot is from my wedding day. My husband and I stopped at the hotel lobby bar on our way to the reception for a breather. As is my habit, being raised by wolves and all, I sat on the bar. Chris, being ever the more civilized half of our blissful union, sat on a barstool like a normal person. We started kissing, and the photographer yelled for us to "hold it!". I pulled him by his tie for fun. . No idea how many snaps she took, but I really like this picture.

I have never been so in love, or so truly and authentically happy, in my life.
