The photos that my sister sent me the other day. They were from her first sonogram, so they were the first photos of my niece/nephew. I'm so damn happy.

A lighted character. I don't think you get to choose which one necessarily. The people who dress you are the ones who are "in charge" of it all. All of the characters are volunteers, different people each night - you line up in a hallway and they dress you and test your bulbs and then tell you what to do. I work for target and we sponsor at least one night every year (this year, we're the main sponsor for the whole thing - though I think they only held one night for employees).
