I got an internship!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
There’s someone going on maternity leave at at my company in a different area that I’ve looked at moving to and they were looking for someone to cover for the 12-18 weeks she’s gone and my boss got me the gig! This was completely out of the blue, I didn't know anything about it and he just told me today! This is an awesome opportunity for me as I get to try out the area and see if I like it without committing to a new job there AND if I do well, it’s likely they’ll think of me first when any new positions open up! I start January 12th and the BEST PART is that I’ll be back downtown!!!!! No commuting all the way out to the suburbs!!!!! I’m sooooo excited! |

That's me. It would take me 10 minutes to explain and it would bore you to death anyway. I like what I do and I'm very good at it, but I'm ready for a change. I've worked for the same company for 12 years, but this is the longest I've stayed in one position (over 2 years now). |
