I think that this who "good girl, bad girl" vibe is actually more predicated on how one presents oneself. I believe most of it is done subconsciously, and while that person herself may not be aware of it at all times, it shows itself to other people pretty clearly. One person said that you can tell by the way someone dresses whether they are slutty or not, but that's not always the case. I've seen a lot of women who have dressed rather provocatively, but something just seemed a little off about them when confronted in person. They may have looked incredibly hot physically, but they either lacked personality or came across more as insecure or desperate than sexy.

Likewise, I've come across some women who look prim and proper all the time, but just looking at them you get a sense that they are wild in the sack and love to have a good time. They usually have quite a good bit of self-confidence as well and have an engaging personality to match.

ZK, my guess is that you are probably quite hot, but all those years of Catholic school probably had a huge effect on how you came across to others. Don;ty feel bad, though; having good values is very admirable, and coming across as shy and reserved probably saved you from a lot of heartache from those assholes who would have otherwise taken advantage of you sexually had you been an easier dating target. Plus my guess is that you were probably more discriminating about the type of man you were attracted to in the first place.

JustErin, I always thought that you were very sexual and very direct about going after what you want. For some guys you come across as wild woman who would be great in the sack while other guys are probably too intimidated by your presence, which is why you appear standoffish to some.

As for myself, I had two very serious relationships in my life; one was with a proverbial good girl who was a Bible-thumper, and the other was with a "bad girl" who turned me on sexually more than any other woman but was a total drama queen. It turned out she wasn't bad so much as she was just crazy. I think I'm more drawn to the good girls overall, but the bad girls can be quite a distraction.

I'm not sure if I would view you Charlotte as "that kind of girl" if I met you, but given your Swedish heritage, I'd think there's a bit of a freak within you, in a good way of course.

Despite the reputation, however, Icelandic girls all seem to be "not that kind of girl".... or maybe it's just towards me.

I do have one personal experience from about a year ago.... met a nice Danish girl at a friend's birthday party... later when we all went to a club she started to send REALLY strong signals which led to us practically making out on the dance floor... then I asked her if we should go to the place where she was staying to continue the fun, but she said "No... besides I'm not that kind of girl"... 5 minutes later, she gave me head just outside the club.
