Take it from someone who was born with chap lips, honestly. This is the best! I get it at Bath and Body Works, and only costs 5.00!

Put Vaseline on your lips when you go to bed at night, when you do your daily routine in the morning, rub it off your lips with your toothbrush and your lips will be so silky...
