I understand where you're coming from, dude, but this particular shot is from my wedding day. My husband and I stopped at the hotel lobby bar on our way to the reception for a breather. As is my habit, being raised by wolves and all, I sat on the bar. Chris, being ever the more civilized half of our blissful union, sat on a barstool like a normal person. We started kissing, and the photographer yelled for us to "hold it!". I pulled him by his tie for fun.  . No idea how many snaps she took, but I really like this picture.
I have never been so in love, or so truly and authentically happy, in my life. I really hate the fact that you had to defend that picture.... you look beautiful and this pic captured LOVE....anybody with a problem with that can go fuck themselves...  | |

Speaking for myself, my love and I have been together for over two years. In the grand scheme of things that isn't very long, but I'd say it's well past the initial "honeymoon" phase. We run a very busy household with four kids and two full time jobs, so our love, commitment and patience is tested daily. We're in the thick of ordinary, money-crunched life, with dirty laundry, runny noses, each other's bad habits and bad moods. Still, I'm more in love, more excited to see him every day, than I was during our first whirlwind months of courtship. The Normal Whores Club | |
