does anyone have any good info on who they are, who owns them and what kind of profits do they make?

are they really a non profit charity?

im wonder cause i thought i was told one time that the owner is a something like a multi-millionaire but i cannot find any info about it.

I don't know about their finances and whatnot, but it's my favorite store. There's a huge one near where I live. They sell clothes for .99/lb. omg

and they are clean as a whistle.
im trying to figure out

a)why they have the monopoly on target crap
b)how they are able to stay so clean and organized compared to their counterpart Salvation Army which is over 100 years old
salvation army is the foulest place on earth. i had the unpleasant opportunity to see their receiving center in this area and it is like what i would imagine hell to be like. Its a pit of human filth & foulness. it smells like the open ass of a cadaver. when you leave the place that smell is still in you nose and lungs. it wont leave for days. shake

They're so expensive, though (in comparison).

Around here, the best place is the ARC. I love wandering around. It is great stress release.
